General Info
1)-If you are placing duplicate link while 1 is already in the process then it'll be your loss, no refunds for such orders will be made!
2)-We cannot guarantee the speed for any of the Instagram Followers Services, below 1$/k They can be instant, very fast, or may take up to 48 hours to get complete. We cannot cancel any order once placed. Order Accordingly.
3)-If your order has dropped under the start count, we will not refill your order. This is because your old followers are dropping and we are not covering your old orders. Thank you for your understanding.
4)- If you have a problem with any order (Such as dropped not completed) Please do not place another order before getting your Refund or Replacement for order, if you do so it will be your Loss We will not provide refunds for such cases as we do not know which server/order gets delivered and which does not.
5)- If your Followers/Likes Order is Partialled and service is with Guarantee we will not offer any Refills/Refunds in such cases as we partial because of your old drops especially counts like 500k, 1m, 2m, etc.
6)- If your order is dropped and you have placed new Order without refilling your old order. It will be your loss, we won’t be able to help you in this case.
7)- If You are ordering any Refill service and in between you used any No refill service, your refill validity will be over for your old orders.
8)- Please Note - If your Followers count is more than 1m then we suggest you use no refill service only, bcoz of old drops we won’t offer any refills for an account over 1m followers.
9)- If you are complaining "Marked Done but not delivered" after 1 day of completion of the order, please do not expect us to refund or re-deliver it for you. (for No refill Services)
10)- System will look at the start count when you put order and mark completed after reaching the final count. Please Don't ask us to cancel or anything with reason:" views/likes/subscriber comes from my real user, My fans, another seller.

1. By placing an order with CheapestPanel, you automatically accept all the below-listed term of services whether you read them or not.

3. You will only use the CheapestPanel website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Soundcloud/Vine/Pinterest/Youtube/other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
4. CheapestPanel rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
5. CheapestPanel does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and CheapesetPanel will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
6. CheapestPanel tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
7. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
8. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
9. You will not upload anything into the CheapestPanel site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube or Soundcloud or Vine or Pinterest or Social Media community.
10. If your page had 100k+ followers/likes/views already before you order us, it will not cover refill protection, even if you order for refill server from us, as it's not possible to understand from where you lost the followers/likes/views.
Refund Policy
- Order Marked completed without done, Full Refund
- Order Not started within 5 days, Full Refund.
- We Provide partial Refund for all Refill services as Refill conditions.
- Orders placed in CheapestPanel will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.
- You will receive a refund credit to your CheapestPanel account wallet if the order is non-deliverable.
- Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
